Please note that all packages must be signed for and thus, we request you to provide us with an address where someone will be available to receive your package and sign for it.

We normally delivered all goods within the time frame we have agreed to, however, for that rare occasion when your package does not arrive, we cannot accept responsibility for the inconvenience and distress caused. We have partnered with reputable courier services but human errors occur and we apologise for the loss or inconvenience of a delayed package. We do thank you for your understanding in these circumstances.

Should a package be returned to us, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of the situation. Please note, re-sending the item may incur an extra charge of which you will be advised.
