As the items you have requested to buy are customised for you, we are unable to offer a full return or exchange online in respect of every complete spectacle purchase. Our desire is that you will be happy with your purchase and once you alert us that you not entirely happy, we will contact you to rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
Should you have bought an item that did not need to be customised for yourself, you can choose to return it to us for its full value within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us so we can process the return or exchange. Please note that if applicable, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
